Wasn't this the guy that missed 76% of the Senate Intelligence Committee Meetings ? Wasn't this the guy that passed 4 Bills and 4 Resolutions in 20 years ? Is there any wonder he was called "John Kerry: The Ghost Senator" ? Wasn't this the guy that snubbed the Iraqi Interim President's visit ? Rick's right, it was quite the novelty to see him actually show up. It was no surprise to see him and Boxer vote against Ms. Rice. If they were Republicans screams of racism would be all over the MSM.
