Judge David Sentelle, however, points to a way out of the predicament. Sentelle said Congress, rather than the courts, was the proper forum for considering whether reporters deserve protection.
Wow ! A Judge that understands that it's not his job to make laws ! A return to sanity ? Only time will tell.
