As Principal Deputy Solicitor General during the first Bush administration, Roberts played an active role in efforts to limit abortion. Roberts argued in a brief before the U.S. Supreme Court that As wee continue to believe that Roe was wrongly decided and should be overruled. The Court's conclusion in Roe that there is a fundamental right to an abortion ... finds no support in the text, structure, or history of the Constitution."
And he is completely right. The "Supreme" Court that ruled on Roe V. Wade pulled their decision out of their collective asses. There is nothing in the Constitution or any precedent in law or legislation that they could have possibly based their decisionn on. Good for President Bush ! Time to bring this home to roost on the party of death and insanity.
