Review papers and outcomes analysis have ignored the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons Home Treatment Guide published in October, 2020, featuring the McCullough Protocol. Additional protocols from FLCCC, Zelenko, and Raoult used similar principles but did not have the backing of a chartered, established medical society. Yet, the medical orthodoxy has refused to this day to acknowledge any of these protocols existed, were utilized, or resulted in patients not requiring Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) drugs and avoiding hospitalization and death. Wilcock et al, analyzed Medicare fee-for-service claims data and found that from 2021 forward, 23% of patients received acute COVID-19 ambulatory therapy. They concluded that 16% of severe cases could have been avoided. I have testified in the US Senate that two thirds of all American hospitalizations and deaths could have been avoided with full implementation of the McCullough Protocol as soon as it was initially published in The American Journal of Medicine, August 6, 2020, and certainly by October, 2020 with the widely disseminated AAPS Home Treatment Guide. The Wilcock paper is important because the authors point to a preventable fraction. We can only conclude that the proportion of hospitalization and deaths must have been enormous, potentially 85% if we would have had a global “home treatment first” for high-risk patients with their first case of COVID-19. www.aapsonline.org We we should never wait for the government to provide EUA drugs in a pandemic. As Wilcock and colleagues found, these drugs come too late, are poorly utilized, and may not be optimally used in combination with other drugs, so the population benefit is modest. Only early empiric multidrug therapy has the potential for a large, life-saving nationwide impact because its used immediately, leverages signals of benefit and acceptable safety, and is commercially available at the outset of the next pandemic. Efficacy of Tixagevimab-Cilgavimab Prophylaxis Patients with Hematologic Cancer

Long-Acting Monoclonal Antibody Combination was Safe and Effective By Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH My very frail patients with hematologic malignancies such as chronic myeloid and lymphocytic leukemias have asked me if there are safer alternatives than COVID-19 vaccination. This study by Salvini and colleagues demonstrated that fortunately later in the pandemic with the milder Omicron strains despite being highly prevalent, rarely resulted serious COVID-19 illness. The study group was 100% vaccinated with one of the failed vaccine products, however the time from the last injection was not reported and the authors failed to disclose prior infection as a proxy for natural immunity. The investigators must have lost faith in the vaccines and hence the decision to give the long-acting tixagevimab-cilgavimab monoclonal antibody combination. “At data cutoff (March 1, 2023), the rate of breakthrough infections was 28 of 130 (21%) among patients exposed to tixagevimab-cilgavimab vs 28 of 74 (38%) in the control group (P = .01). The incidence of COVID-19 was 13.8 per 10000 person-days in the tixagevimab-cilgavimab group vs 28.0 in the control arm (hazard ratio [HR], 0.47; 95%CI, 0.27-0.81; P = .01). Administration of tixagevimab-cilgavimab was associated with a significant reduction in the incidence of severe or critical COVID-19 (1.4 vs 4.0 per 10 000 person days; HR, 0.18; 95% CI, 0.03-0.99; P = .0495). It seems to be a great idea to study these manufacturing processes a bit closer. The take away message of this interview is that people need to expand their horizon and do their own research. The WHO Constitution is at Odds with the WHO's Attempted Power Grab

The WHO has its own Constitution, which guides and circumscribes what the WHO can do. Let’s look at what it says. https://apps.who.int/gb/bd/PDF/bd47/EN/constitution-en.pdf. The commentary is mine. I am seeking an international lawyer well versed in these documents to help us understand how much wiggle room the WHO has to ignore its own specified procedures and rules. 1. Information Article 1 The objective of the World Health Organization (hereinafter called the Organization) shall be the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health. Article 2 lists the many roles of the WHO, all of which are either advisory or standard-setting, with the exception of the last: (v) generally to take all necessary action to attain the objective of the Organization The WHO Constitution wants the citizens of the world to be informed. The Cambridge dictionary says this means “having a lot of knowledge or information about something. The Collins dictionary says, ”Someone who is informed knows about a subject or what is happening in the world.” Page 1 of the WHO Constitution says: Informed opinion and active co-operation on the part of the public are of the utmost importance in the improvement of the health of the people. Article 2, which lists the functions of the WHO, says in paragraph (q): (q) to provide information, counsel and assistance in the field of health There is no authority given to the WHO to control information or direct nations to censor their citizens. 2. What regulations can the WHO adopt? Article 21 delineates those subjects for which the WHO is authorized to issue regulations. They are limited. The IHR (2005) which is currently in force is in conformance with these guidelines, but the proposed IHR amendments exceed the WHO's authority for issuing regulations. Article 23 states that the WHA can make recommendations to members about any issue in which it has competence, but it fails to say that it can issue regulations over as broad a range of issues. I conclude that the extent of the powers that will accrue to the WHO as proposed in the amendments to the IHR exceed the scope for which the WHO is permitted to issue regulations. Therefore, if the WHO wishes to ask the WHA to approve the amended IHR, it must do so as a treaty, agreement or convention, and not as amendments to the IHR. This would require a 2/3 vote of the WHA. 3. How is the Director-General and his staff allowed to interact with outside organizations? Article 33 says, " He may also establish direct relations with international organizations whose activities come within the competence of the Organization." However, he must not be instructed or unduly influenced by them, according to Article 37. How does this accord with 85% of the WHO budget coming from special interests, not from dues, and with the WHO carrying out activities at the behest of its donors, spending 73% of its budget on earmarked activities, which the WHO does not disclose? We know that the Director-General and other WHO officials meet with "stakeholders" like Bill Gates and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) staff often to plan or carry out WHO activities. This may involve funding provided by the BMGF but it may also extend to other activities. For example, when an expert committee was convened to discuss adding hydroxychloroquine to the WHO's Solidarity trial, 5 of the 25 experts on the WHO-convened committee worked for the BMGF. This manner of doing the business of the WHO does not appear to be in accord with Article 37 of the WHO Constitution: 4. How are matters decided by the World Health Assembly (WHA)? Article 19 is clear that conventions and agreements require a 2/3 vote by the WHA, not just those present in the room; nor does it say that abstentions will not be counted in the vote. Article 60 defines how the WHA must vote on "important questions." The range of important questions is not defined, but it includes votes on conventions and agreements. Article 60 furthermore indicates that the WHA will vote with a simple majority to determine what categories of questions will need to be voted on by a 2/3 majority. Articles 59 and 60 specify how votes will occur. Within the WHO Constitution there is no delegation of authority to committees or to consensus processes in lieu of voting by the WHA. Yet decisions on past IHR amendments appear to have been delegated to committees that used a so-called 'consensus procedure' without a vote. 5. Immunity Article 67 points out that all WHO staff and all member state representatives have legal immunity "as may be necessary for the fulfilment of its objective and for the exercise of its functions." Has the broad immunity given to all WHO staff been limited in any way when staff are not fulfilling their official duties? Has this immunity been used to avoid civil or criminal prosecutions? 6. Relations with Other Organizations Articles 70 and 71 imply there are likely to be formal agreements about how the WHO interacts with other organizations. Is there a formal agreement with the EU? Does it explicitly give the EU and WHO the right to negotiate with each other, even though the EU has never been a member or observer of the WHO? ANA MARIA MIHALCEA, MD, PHD JAN 30 Elon Musk’s controversial startup Neuralink has implanted a chip in a human brain for the first time, the billionaire said in a post on his X platform late Monday. In this day and age, we still have people denying nanotechnology and microchip implants. They need to do some more research. I remember how people reacted when we warned them of the self assembly nanotechnology and microchips in the shots. Or the MAC address phenomenon, or WBAN. It was all conspiracy! This week the first official neuralink brain chip from Elon Musk was implanted into a human and most people are cheering for the benefit of mankind. Yes, it is wonderful to have solutions for quadriplegic patients, but concerns are also worth looking at. There exists much evidence that this is not the first time someone has been implanted. In fact we know it is not the first time. Here is the article: The operation took place on Sunday and the patient was recovering well, he added. Musk’s announcement could mark an important milestone for Neuralink’s efforts to usher potentially life-transforming technology out of the lab and into the real world. But he offered few details, and it’s unclear from Musk’s post how significant of a scientific advancement the implantation represents. The company had received approval to study the safety and functionality of its chip implant and surgical tools. “Initial results show promising neuron spike detection,” the world’s richest man and Neuralink founder said on X, the social media platform he owns. Neuralink’s first product would be called Telepathy, he said in another post, adding that its initial users will be people who have lost the use of their limbs. “Imagine if Stephen Hawking could communicate faster than a speed typist or auctioneer. That is the goal,” he wrote. Neuralink has been working toward using implants to connect the human brain to a computer for half a decade, but the company faced scrutiny after a monkey died in 2022 during an attempt to get the animal to play Pong, one of the first video games. In December 2022, employees told Reuters that the company was rushing to market, resulting in careless animal deaths and a federal investigation. In May last year, Neuralink received FDA clearance for human clinical trials, and a few months later, the startup began recruiting patients with quadriplegia caused by cervical spinal cord injury or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The trial is part of what Neuralink is calling its “PRIME Study,” short for “Precise Robotically Implanted Brain-Computer Interface,” which aims to study the safety of its implant and surgical robot, and to test the functionality of its device, the company said in a September blog post about recruiting trial participants. Trial patients will have a chip surgically placed in the part of the brain that controls the intention to move. The chip, installed by a robot, will then record and send brain signals to an app, with the initial goal being “to grant people the ability to control a computer cursor or keyboard using their thoughts alone,” the company wrote in September. Neuralink did not respond to CNN’s request for further details. Before Neuralink’s brain implants hit the broader market, they’ll need regulatory approval. The FDA put out a paper in 2021 mapping out the agency’s initial thoughts on brain-computer interface devices, noting the field is “progressing rapidly.” While Neuralink and Musk have received significant attention for their attempts at a brain-computer interface, a number of other companies have also been working in this space, including a company called Synchron, the first company to gain FDA clearance to test a device in humans in 2021. Synchon has since been enrolling and implanting patients in a trial. “The idea of brain-nervous system interfaces has great potential to help people with neurological disorders in future,” Tara Spires-Jones, president of the British Neuroscience Association, told the UK-based Science Media Center Tuesday. “However, most of these interfaces require invasive neurosurgery and are still in experimental stages thus it will likely be many years before they are commonly available.” DHS studies of invasive devices for modulation of the brain have been already under way. Thus, energy efficiency is one of the major aspects that must be taken into consideration before designing any WBAN solution, because the change of batteries could be very difficult, especially when sensors are implanted inside the human body. For this reason, several research projects have been carried out on the adoption of energy harvesting schemes, that aim to collect energy from several sources surrounding the human body (sun, body warmth, movements, heartbeat, RF radiation ...) and transform it into an electrical energy to power the nodes of a WBAN. Nevertheless, this harvested energy must also be better exploited, given the temporal variation nature of these alternative sources. The purpose of this paper is to present a general overview of energy harvesting schemes, as well as methods in literature focusing on optimizing the exploitation of the harvested energy in a WBAN, through Mac, routing or physical layer protocols. The recent technological advances in electronics and short-range wireless communications have led to the development of miniaturized wireless sensors that can be worn on, or even implanted inside the human body to serve a multitude of applications operating at the human body scale, which can be categorized into medical and non-medical applications. Fig1. Shows a set of medical and non-medical WBAN applications. In the medical area, WBANs can be adopted to serve several applications, including: · Remote patient monitoring: which aims to continuously monitor the vital signs of patients. The known patient monitoring devices include electrocardiography (ECG) and blood pressure sensors to monitor heart disease, electroencephalogram (EEG) to monitor cognitive abilities, respiration and temperature sensors to detect infections, or accelerometers to track patient mobility. · Patient rehabilitation: which is dedicated to patients with mobility problems caused by traumatic brain injury or stroke. The importance of patient rehabilitation is manifested in avoiding inappropriate exercises, updating the complexity of the exercise and recovery monitoring to name a few. · Biofeedback: means that the physiological activity is measured and transmitted “back” to the user to better control its activity and health. · Assisted living: Is manifested by the appearance of smart homes, which introduce the use of several acoustic vibratory and visual sensors, installed in a house to monitor the activity and lifestyle of the patient. In non-medical WBAN applications, users are the target population. And the biological information can be used for entertainment, security and self-quantization purposes such as: · Fitness, performance and well-being monitoring: this type of supervision is dedicated to athletes and military personnel whose goal is to optimize training methods, thus improving their endurance. · Cognitive biometrics: vital signals such as ECG, EEG and electrodermal activity can be considered as unique biometric signatures that are difficult to be subjected to malicious operations (theft, falsification ...). thus, they can be used in biometric authentication schemes. · Serious Games: is a set of games designed to promote behavioral changes, or educational purposes 1. Energy harvesting methods in WBANs: Energy harvesting techniques in WBANs consist of transforming the ambient energy sources into an electrical signal using energy harvesters 5,6 such as: piezoelectric transducers ( transform mechanical activity into an electrical signal), thermoelectric elements ( transform body heat into an electrical signal), photovoltaic cells (transform light into an electrical signal) , or antennas ( transform radio frequency radiation into an electrical signal). 1.1. Ambient energy sources7,8: · Light energy (solar energy): Sun light is a clean source of energy that can be transformed into an electrical signal to power sensor nodes in a WBAN, it gathers a maximum of photons to create an alternative electrical energy. In outdoor conditions, sun light can produce up to 15 mW per square centimeter, however, in a full indoor environment, this value drops out to 10 mW 9. · Vibration energy: It is the energy produced by body vibration, due to physical movements, or physiological processes such as breathing. Long-COVID Associated with Elevated Antiviral Antibodies and Failed T-Cell Response T-Cell "Exhaustion" May Explain Failure to Clear Spike Protein PETER MCCULLOUGH, MD JAN 22

McCullough, MD, MPH Approximately 15% of patients after severe COVID-19 illness have long-COVID or post-acute sequelae including symptoms of fatigue, brain-fog, exercise intolerance, post-exertional malaise, neurological symptoms, etc. Why are only individuals affected? A paper by Yin et al, performed a detailed proteomic and cellular analysis of a small group of patients with long-COVID to a group that had recovered after the illness. “In summary, using multiple ‘omics’ analytical approaches, we found that long-COVID (LC) individuals exhibited phenotypic perturbations in both total and SARS-CoV-2-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and changes in gene expression among CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, monocytes and B cells. We found higher proportions of CD4+ TCM cells, TFH, cells and Treg cells in LC compared to recovered (R) individuals. SARS-CoV-2-specific CD8+ T cells, but not total CD8+ T cells, more frequently expressed the exhaustion markers PD1 and CTLA4, consistent with ongoing stimulation by viral antigens. Further supporting a potential persistent reservoir was our observation of higher SARS-CoV-2 antibody levels in LC individuals, consistent with reports of higher spike-specific IgG in LC compared to R individuals.” The authors do not mention the vaccine status of the study subjects, likely those vaccinated had far worsened proteomic and cellular metrics given super-antigen loading with Spike protein that occurs with vaccination. These data strongly support the Spike protein as the major driver of long-COVID syndrome. Thus, McCullough Protocol Base Spike Detoxification is a proposed cornerstone for treatment of post-acute sequelae after SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination. If the Spike protein is not handled, then all the other treatments are destined to provide only temporary relief of symptoms before they recur. The findings on phthalates are particularly concerning: We found them in almost every food we tested, often at high levels. The levels did not depend on packaging type, and no one particular type of food—say, dairy products or prepared meals—was more likely than another to have them. For example, we found high levels in, among other products, Del Monte sliced peaches, Chicken of the Sea pink salmon, Fairlife Core Power high-protein chocolate milkshakes, Yoplait Original French vanilla low-fat yogurt, and several fast foods, including Wendy’s crispy chicken nuggets, a Chipotle chicken burrito, and a Burger King Whopper with cheese. Organic products were just as problematic: In fact, the highest phthalate levels we found were in a can of Annie’s Organic cheesy ravioli. Yet some products had much lower levels than others. A serving of Pizza Hut’s Original Cheese Pan Pizza, for example, had half the phthalate levels of a similar pizza from Little Caesars. Levels varied even among products from the same brand: Chef Boyardee Big Bowl Beefaroni pasta in meat sauce had less than half the level of the company’s Beefaroni pasta in tomato and meat sauce. "That tells us that, as widespread as these chemicals are, there are ways to reduce how much is in our foods," says James E. Rogers, PhD, who oversees product safety testing at CR. Early efforts to limit exposure to them focused on packaging, but it’s now clear that phthalates in particular can also get in from the plastic in the tubing, conveyor belts, and gloves used during food processing, and can even enter directly into meat and produce via contaminated water and soil. There are few regulations restricting the use of these chemicals in food production, or requiring that manufacturers test foods for them. But our guide can help you learn how plasticizers get into your food, how to reduce your exposure, and how key changes by industry and regulators could make our food safer. The Problem With Plastic Chemicals Bisphenols and phthalates in our food are concerning for several reasons. To start, growing research shows that they are endocrine disruptors, which means that they can interfere with the production and regulation of estrogen and other hormones. Even minor disruptions in hormone levels can contribute to an increased risk of several health problems, including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, certain cancers, birth defects, premature birth, neurodevelopmental disorders, and infertility. Those problems typically develop slowly, sometimes over decades, says Philip Landrigan, MD, a pediatrician and the director of the Program for Global Public Health and the Common Good at Boston College. "Unlike a plane crash, where everyone dies at once, the people who die from these die over many years." Another concern is that with plastic so ubiquitous in food and elsewhere, the chemicals can’t be completely avoided. And though the human body is pretty good at eliminating bisphenols and phthalates from our systems, our constant exposure to them means that they enter our blood and tissue almost as quickly as they’re eliminated. And plasticizers in particular can easily leach out of plastic and other materials. In addition, the chemicals’ harmful effects may be cumulative, so steady exposure to even very small amounts over time could increase health risks. All that makes it difficult to trace any particular bad health outcome—say, a heart attack or breast cancer—to the chemicals. And it makes it hard for regulators to set a limit for what is considered safe for any food. "As a first step, the key is to determine how widespread the chemicals are in our food supply," Rogers says. "Then we can develop strategies, as a society and individually, to limit our exposure." High Risks Even at Low Levels To help figure out the scope of the problem, CR tested a wide range of food items, in a variety of packaging. Specifically, we tested 85 foods, analyzing two or three samples of each. We looked for common bisphenols and phthalates, as well as some chemicals that are used to replace them. (Read more about these chemical substitutes.) We included prepared meals, fruits and vegetables, milk and other dairy products, baby food, fast food, meat, and seafood, all packaged in cans, pouches, foil, or other material. The news on BPA and other bisphenols was somewhat reassuring: While we detected them in 79 percent of the tested samples, levels were notably lower than when we last tested for BPA, in 2009, "suggesting that we are at least moving in the right direction on bisphenols," says CR’s Rogers. But there wasn’t any good news on phthalates: We found them in all but one food (Polar raspberry lime seltzer). And the levels were much higher than for bisphenols. Determining an acceptable level for these chemicals in food is tricky. Regulators in the U.S. and Europe have set thresholds for only bisphenol A (BPA) and a few phthalates, and none of the foods CR tested had amounts exceeding those limits. But "many of these thresholds do not reflect the most current scientific knowledge, and may not protect against all the potential health effects," says Tunde Akinleye, the CR scientist who oversaw CR’s tests. "We don’t feel comfortable saying these levels are okay," he says. "They’re not." The decision to allow these chemicals in food "is not evidence-based," says Ami Zota, ScD, an associate professor of environmental health sciences at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, who has studied the risks of phthalates. For example, one of the most well-studied phthalates is called DEHP. Studies have linked it to insulin resistance, high blood pressure, reproductive issues, early menopause, and other concerns at levels well below the limits set by American and European regulators. It was the most common phthalate that we found in our tests, with more than half of the products we tested having levels above what research has linked to health problems. In addition, Akinleye says that with exposure to these chemicals coming from so many sources—not only food but also other products, such as printed receipts and household dust— it’s difficult to quantify what a "safe" limit would be for a single food. "The more we learn about these chemicals, including how widespread they are, the more it seems clear that they can harm us even at very low levels," he says. Plastic Chemicals in Foods: What Our Tests Found Making Food Safer Growing concerns about the health risks posed by these chemicals have led U.S. regulators to meaningfully curtail the use of these chemicals in a number of products—but not yet food. For example, the federal government has banned eight phthalates in children’s toys. But, with the exception of a 2012 ban on BPA in baby bottles (extended in 2013 to infant formula cans), there are no substantive limits on plastic-related chemicals in food packaging or production. Although the Food and Drug Administration no longer allows certain phthalates in materials that come into contact with food, the agency updated its regulations only after those chemicals were no longer in use. And just last year, it rejected an appeal from several groups calling for a ban on multiple phthalates used in materials that come into contact with food. An FDA spokesperson told CR that in 2022 it asked the food industry and others to provide the agency with additional data about the use of plasticizers in any material that comes into contact with food during production, and might use that information to update its safety assessments of the chemicals. CR’s food safety scientists and others say such a reassessment by the FDA and other agencies is overdue and essential. “Since bisphenols and phthalates are hazardous chemicals, they should not be allowed at all in food-contact materials,” says Erika Schreder, the science director at Toxic-Free Future, an advocacy group. Supermarket and fast-food chains, as well as food manufacturers, should also be required to take action, Rogers says, and should set specific goals for reducing and eliminating bisphenols and phthalates from all food packaging and processing equipment throughout their supply chains. CR contacted certain companies in our tests that had products with the highest phthalate levels per serving, and asked them to comment on our results. Annie’s, Burger King, Fairlife, Little Caesars, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Wendy’s, and Yoplait did not respond to our requests for comment. Del Monte, Gerber, and McDonald’s emphasized that they abide by existing regulations. Gerber added that it requires its suppliers to certify that its food packaging is free of BPA and phthalates. Chicken of the Sea said it requires its suppliers to certify that neither products nor packaging has intentionally added BPA or phthalates, but it acknowledged that fish live in water that is often polluted with phthalates. More chemical companies need to step up, too, by creating safer, more sustainable materials. "We want things to be functional, but also nontoxic and biodegradable and renewable," says Hanno Erythropel, PhD, at the Center for Green Chemistry and Green Engineering at Yale University in New Haven, Conn. That may be tough, he acknowledges, but it should be possible: An entire field called green chemistry is working to develop just these sorts of alternatives. The ability to speak and swallow may become affected in severe cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome. These cases are considered life-threatening, and affected individuals should be treated in intensive-care units. Most people recover fully from even the most severe cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome, although some continue to experience weakness. Even in the best of settings, a small number of Guillain-Barré syndrome patients die from complications, which can include paralysis of the muscles that control breathing, blood infection, lung clots, or cardiac arrest.” Mr. Rod Shears is a 77 year-old former CEO and super fit marathon runner in the UK. He lives about 15 minutes outside of central London. Please listen to the description of what happened to him in 2021 after two AstraZeneca adenoviral COVID-19 shots and then a Pfizer mRNA booster. His syndrome is not classic for GBS because it is a dominant demyelinating motor neuropathy. This video is important, because Rod is in a wheelchair and obviously devastated with his vaccine injury.
