Expertise in Health Insurance HIPAA EDI transactions: 270/271, 276/277, 835, 834, 837. Good working knowledge of SQL. Experience with Edifecs XEngine, EAM, and Specbuilder EDI tool. Proficiency in UNIX, Java scripting, or equivalent (e.g., Python). Familiarity with dashboarding solutions like Power BI, MicroStrategy. ITSM background, understanding Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management. Managing monitoring solutions for EDI environments (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, PagerDuty). Understanding of GitLab Pipelines, GIT repos, GitHub, Rest APIs, EMS Message Queues.
