Mayor And Governor Squabbling In Louisiana

Mayor Nagin ordered the forceful evacuation of those remaining in the city last night, but Governor Blanco is hesitating, and asserting that only she has the authority to issue such an order.

Unbelievable.
This Governor is still primarily interested in a turf war ?
See what would have happened if President Bush didn't follow protocol and the law ?
