Curt Daniels, lead attorney for a group of immigrants who filed a lawsuit against the state, argued Jan. 13 before the Supreme Court that the policy violates their rights to equal protection under the U.S. constitution.
Why these idiots think that the constitution applies to non-citizens boggles the mind.
Besides, there's nothing in the constitution that says anything about having a right to a drivers license at all. Amazing a case like this even made into court. At least the right decision was handed down.
