I really enjoy sports, such as basketball, badminton, and swimming. Exercise can exercise the body, relax the mood, and also increase confidence and courage to face various challenges in life. In addition, in terms of leisure and entertainment, I also enjoy watching movies and listening to music. Whenever I have free time, I will find some good movies or music to accompany myself through a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon or evening.
