Gavin Newsom (D-CA) after he made a claim about President Joe Biden that, according to a recent poll, at least two-thirds of the electorate would surely take umbrage with. In an interview on ABC’s This Week Sunday, the California governor argued that — contrary to public opinion — the Biden presidency has been a rousing succcess. “We need to lift up the issues, the successes, the extraordinary successes of the last three years, the Biden-Harris administration,” Newsom said. “And then we drive contrast. It’s not even a complicated campaign. We have the receipts. We have the best three year record of any modern American presidency. Period. Full stop.” But in response, the ABC correspondent invoked the president’s approval ratings. A recent ABC News poll pegged the number at 33 percent — the lowest it’s been for any president dating back former President George W. Bush. “Biden’s approval is historically low,” Karl said. “Why is that?!” Newsom’s response — more or less — was: nothing to see here, everythings. “Everybody’s approval, across the spectrum, you find exceptions to that,” Look, it’s been hard globally the last 6 or 7 years. But again, America stands tall or the tentpole. The world economy. No peers economically. Again, a master of delivery. The economy is booming, inflation is cooling. And of course, the economic strategies this president put together were all things Republicans dreamt of but never delivered. He’s delivered.” *Who’s economy is “booming?” People like the scumlickers Newsom and Genocide Joe (to name two). *Where is inflation “cooling?” Not here in Newsolini’s California! *What does “America stands tall or the tentpole,” actually mean? *Biden is a “master of delivery?” Delivering war and weapons to Ukraine, Israel, etc; corruption, sick patients to the medical industrial complex; dead soldiers to their mothers; massive profits to the war machine, Wall Street and big pHARMa; drilling permits and war in the Middle East to big oil? Dirty adult diapers to the landfill? Beware of the Newsolini—he’s creeping his greasy-haired bullshit up to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. As much as I want him the hell out of California, I sure don’t want him to go on to bigger and “better” things. Who is actually buying the bullshit that the Garbage People are trying to sell? Not me, I can barely afford my groceries and other essentials.
