Thanks for providing a detailed billing statement. Nuvox did not send one with our bill. We were only sent the total amount owed. You have been pleasant to work with, however, I think you should know the extent of our dissatisfaction with Nuvox. The problems we have had to date are:
1. Our initial installation was 3 weeks late and poorly coordinated.
2. Starting 2-13 we noticed a sharp downturn in faxes received. We reported the problem on the morning of 2-16. The problem was not entirely resolved until 2-20, although on 2-17 we were told the problem was fixed.
3. The bill sent us only showed the total amount due without any detail.
It is difficult to express how much we regret signing a contract with Nuvox. However, we have not been at all reluctant to share our Nuvox experience with our many customers and vendors that unsuccessfully attempted to send us faxes.
